Architectural Designer

This professional project involves the master planning of a resort on Guam Island. The master plan features a welcome center, retail shops, villas, hotels, and a water park. We take advantage of the hill's topography to provide stunning views from each villa, which are strategically separated by retail stores. These villas are connected by a main road to enhance privacy. The water park is located between two high-rise hotels, allowing tourists direct access while offering breathtaking ocean views.
