Our client is a developer specializing in urgent care medical clinics. We completed a prototype facility designed for use at various locations across the United States for urgent care services. The client chose to use a prototype design to facilitate its reuse. However, different projects around the country must account for local architectural styles and building codes, necessitating subtle variations to the prototype. In this particular case, we assisted Starbucks in designing the elevation of their new branch, which is located adjacent to the urgent care facility, ensuring compliance with the local building requirements.
